Libby
has had Botox injections to relax her tight muscles on two occasions
and also surgery to lengthen her calf muscles. She wears special boots
to support her feet and ankles (piedro) and they don’t come in
pink!
Libby is a very strong character who thinks she can do anything, she
has been horse riding since she was 18 months old, has been skiing in
an adapted frame since she was 4 years old, she has Para-sailed, ice
skated, she swims, sings, plays the piccolo and generally lives life
to the full. Her dream is to dance and wants to enter Britain’s
Got Talent but at the moment she’d be dancing on her knees!
Her brother Ben was born in June 2003 and they have a great relationship,
fighting, bickering and sometimes loving each other. Ben is quite a
sensitive little boy and was so pleased when Libby took her first steps,
he told everyone and anyone that would listen. He helps her a lot and
one day she may appreciated him!
